Factory Introduction

Dingchuang Smart Manufacturing Co., Ltd., whose core management team comes from the world's top 100 companies including BYD, Foxconn, Quanta, Huawei, etc., is established in 2016. and located in Dongguang, China. As a Chinese audio products manufacturer, DCMT has gained worldwide recognition for its strict set of quality systems and a complete set of production procedures, an ERP system, and fast Logistics. The factory serves as the production for a wide range of SPEAKER, HEADPHONES, SOUND MIXERS, MICROPHONE, and all other audio-related products.

Factory Facilities

Covering an area of 7200 square meters(4 & 6 floors), the DCMT factory is equipped with Sound Check Equipment, Thermal Shock Tester, Wire Bending Test Machine, Salt Spray Chamber, and other testing equipment to ensure the quality of raw material to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The factory consists of multiple production lines, each dedicated to different types, allowing for simultaneous production and quick turnaround times.

Production Capacity

With a strong focus on meeting the growing demand for audio products, the DCMT factory has a substantial production capacity. Currently, the factory can produce more than 200K products per month. This capacity can be further expanded to accommodate increasing market requirements.

The factory is equipped with APX525B, APX515 Audio Analyzer, and other 46 R&D equipment that provide the basis for product development and testing. It has been qualified with ISO9001, ISO14001, MFI, BSCI, QC080000, and IATF16949.
